This is the philosophy of vegan cooking. All animal-source foods (eg. meat, fish, milk, eggs, honey ...) are banished from the kitchen and replaced by pure herbal products. Doing so is highly health conscious. Nutritional, ethical and environmental aspects speak clearly in favour of this form of diet - so it's for the benefit of all beings and not only the individual human!

Some of the ingredients we mention in our recipes can be found in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions (eg. wine, vinegar, margarine, chocolate …). Wine for example is often treated with products in order to increase durability, yet some of these products may originate from animals. Therefore please pay attention to individual product labels and look out for 100% vegan ingredients!
